David Huffman, 1874 Beauty Ave., Cogan Station, a member of the Lycoming County Republican State Committee, has been appointed to the state Republican Party By-Laws Committee.
The committee oversees membership, policies and internal operations and reviews potential revisions to the organizational structure within the state Republican Party.
Hufman is a member of the Williamsport Area School Board.
